Privacy — what we collect, in plain words
The short version: we don't want your data, and the tools don't send us your numbers.
When you just visit this page. We use Google Analytics 4 to count things like which pages get read and which buttons get clicked, with IP anonymization switched on. Cloudflare hosts the site and measures page speed and blocks abuse. Both set cookies. Neither is told your name, because we never ask for it — there is no account and no login here.
When you buy. Checkout is handled entirely by Gumroad. They take the payment and collect your email so they can send you the download. Your card details never touch us — we never see them and never store them. What we receive is your email address and the fact that you ordered, so we can deliver the product and honor the refund promise. Gumroad's own privacy policy covers what they do with it.
When you use the tools in the kit. The Machine, the Receipt and the Buyback List run entirely inside your own browser, on your own device. The numbers you type are never sent anywhere. The course remembers what you type in it — your floor, your worksheets, your progress — by saving it in your browser's own storage, on your machine — clear your browser data and it's gone. Nobody, including us, can read it.
If you write to us. We keep your message so we can reply and keep a record of refunds. We don't add you to a mailing list from it.
What you can ask for. Ask us through the Gumroad page — or reply to your purchase receipt — and we'll tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. If you're in the UK or EU, that's your right under GDPR and we'll honor it either way.
Not for children. This is sold to adults and isn't aimed at anyone under 16.
Changes. If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.

What you get. The Floor System is a digital download: the book, the companion book When It’s Harder, the workbook, the Six Steps cards, and three tools that run in your browser. Nothing physical ships. It's one payment, no subscription, and the files are yours to keep and use for as long as you like.
What you can do with it. Use it yourself, print it, run it on your own numbers, share it inside your own household. Please don't resell it, republish it, or hand out copies — it's one person's work, sold one copy at a time.
The refund. 30 days, full refund, no questions and no hoops. Reply to your purchase receipt within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you — it reaches us and it's tied to your order, so there's nothing to look up. You keep the book.
The founding price. The first 100 members pay $197 and keep that price for life. Once those 100 are gone, or the founding window closes, the price becomes $297. Same system either way.
What this is not. This is education, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and we're not your advisor. We don't promise you'll make money. It's a method for pricing your own hours and deciding what to do about it — the numbers you put in and the decisions you make are yours.
Payment. Handled by Gumroad, under their terms. Any billing dispute goes through them, but email us first and we'll usually sort it faster.
If something goes wrong. We'll fix what we can, and the refund stands regardless. Beyond the price you paid, we're not liable for how the method works out in your life — you're the one making the calls.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, where the business is based.
